Return / Exchange:

  1. Returns or Exchanges are applicable if you are unsatisfied with your purchase.
  2. Items under sales or promotions on www.everydaymode.com are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  3. Customers should consult with our customer support team before doing any returns or exchanges.
  4. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 14 days from the date of purchase.
  5. We will bear the shipping cost for any returns or exchanges IF the received products are defected, damaged, or mistakenly delivered.
  6. For returning the products under any other reason, we will not bear the shipping cost.

Example of other reasons for returning the products:

  • “The new product looks better”
  • “I change my mind”
  • “I don’t’ like this design”
  • “The size doesn’t fit me”
  • “I have chosen the wrong product/variant”
  • “I want to change it to another colour”
  • “The material of the product is different from what I’ve imagined”
Returns or exchanges will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned item, please be patient as we will process your request as soon as possible.
     

    Refund:

    1. All products that are returned must be unworn, unwashed, and kept in good condition, with the original packaging, tags on the product and invoice, to be eligible for a full refund.
    2. Customers will be responsible to ensure that the products are safely delivered back to us.
    3. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned item, we will credit you by using the same payment method that you have used during your purchase with us.

    Return and refund approval is at the discretion of our operation team and everydaymode reserves the right to deny any return or refund that does not comply with our policy. The denied returns will be shipped back to the customer.
